| Mission: |
The Federal Government of Australia wanted to link land, sea and air operations via the Inmarsat network, including video surveillance. The new system provides video footage of suspicious activities, such as drug or people smuggling being beamed live to Canberra.

Video/audio/data communication via the SCOTTY ProMax; external high-performance video cameras, HSD-128 Swift 64 avionics (EMS Technologies), CMC Electronics satcoms antenna; This solution was integrated into five Bombardier Dash–8 patrol aircraft.

| Benefits: |
Identification of individuals on small ships is possible due to the high quality of the video system. The whole SCOTTY communication bundle allows exchange of information between operations, including aircraft, ship at sea and small mobile ground operations, allowing faster and more accurate responses to sightings.
