shareholders contacted under false pretenses
SCOTTY has received information that shareholders have been contacted under false pretenses; for example claiming falsely that SCOTTY Group is in default or liquidation.
Here is the official statement of the board:
•SCOTTY Group plc was converted to SCOTTY Group SE and the domicile was changed to Austria back in 2012.
•Neither SCOTTY Group SE nor any of its companies are in the state of default.
•Any information about SCOTTY Group plc being in a state of default or liquidation is wrong and is considered to be a fraudulent scam.
