As at 11 October 2011, approximately 31.6 % of the issued share capital is not in public hands, as defined by rule 26 of the AIM Rules for Companies.

Identity and holding of significant shareholders

As at 11 October 2011, Dr. Ernst Wustinger has a beneficial interest in 223,022 ordinary shares, representing approximately 23.0 % of the issued share capital.

As at 11 October 2011, Christopher Woodgate has a beneficial interest in 35,274 ordinary shares, representing approximately 3.64 % of the issued share capital.

The company is not aware of any other shareholdings of 3 % or more of the issued share capital.
