Number of securities in issue

Until the close of business on 11 September 2008, the Company's issued share capital consisted of 1,010,646,897 ordinary shares of 1p each.

On 11 September 2008, at an Extraordinary General Meeting, a 1 for 50 share consolidation was approved by shareholders.

As a result, with effect from the start of business on 12 September 2008, the Company's issued share capital consists of 20,212,937 ordinary shares of 50p each.

Number of securities held in treasury

No securities are held in treasury.

Percentage of securities not in public hands

As at 21 April 2010, approximately 6.3% of the issued share capital is not in public hands, as defined by rule 26 of the AIM Rules for Companies.

As at 21 April 2010, the Company has been notified of the following shareholdings of 3 per cent or more of the issued share capital. The holdings shown are the number of new ordinary shares after the share consolidation.
