Download the latest modem profiles to update the compatibility of your modem with eyesite for Windows, and eyesite for Windows PRO. This is only necessary if your modem is NOT currently functioning properly, and your modem is in the compatibility list of the troubleshooting section. You must be running eyesite for Windows version 1.2 or later, or eyesite for Windows PRO version 1.1 or later. |
